I spent a lot of time last week trying to convince people to try #projectPMA. People that I saw were unhappy, people that I noticed were complaining, people that seemed sad. As week two begins of this three week project I am going to step forward and just lead the way and allow you to make up your own mind. Real success happens in stages and creating a positive mind set is no different than any other aspect of Life in Synergy that I teach. Remember, if you are unhappy with your life, it only takes 21 days to create a new mind set that can lead to a whole new life, start today, you can succeed!
During phase 1 (the first week of this 3 week program) I encourage you to just try, I am always going to be your cheerleader and advocate! In stage 2 (this week) I am going to lead the way by example and my own life. Remember I used to have thunder thighs that are now lean legs and I used to do endless silly diets and weigh 10 pounds more before creating Nutritional Alignment and torture myself with cardio that resulted in stress fractures and joint pain before understanding the lasting health and brain habit of walking & water. Each time that I learn something, I apply it to myself and create the change in me first and #projectPMA is no different. This is just a little bit of what I have discovered has changed after only one week.
Over the last few months I have started to really dislike Mondays, but today, because I woke up thinking about what I was grateful for, this Monday has been very different. Complaints from others that I would normally allow to effect me have just slid on by. I was able to learn a new skill that will improve my life and career in a much deeper way that I have been blocked on for almost a year, I am working on a new schedule that makes me excited to come to work each day and it is not even noon.
