How long are classes?
Class length varies. Classes can be anywhere from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours.
How much do classes cost at Life in Synergy® Studios?
Classes cost $15 individually or $120 when you buy a pack of 10 classes.
When I buy a bundle of 10 classes is that for only one type of class?
No, class credits can be applied to any class or time slot unless otherwise noted. If you want to take a SFM class on Monday and a Japanimation Dance class on Tuesday your credits can be applied accordingly. Credits may not be redeemed for special events or seminars where noted.
Does Life in Synergy® Studios have changing rooms or showers?
Yes, our studio offers beautifully appointed men’s and women’s changing rooms and showers.
Does Life in Synergy® Studios have lockers?
Yes, our studio has short term locker storage. We offer the use of our lockers while you are attending a class, please bring your own lock. In accordance with our Policies , we will not assume liability of lost or stolen property.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours to cancel your class. Classes cancelled before the 24 hour deadline will result in a credit applied to your account. Classes cancelled after the 24 hour grace period will be billed to your account. Please consult our Policies for additional explanation.
When should I arrive for class?
We ask that you please be timely for class to receive maximum benefit and for the enjoyment of all. Please consult our Policies for additional explanation.
What types of classes do you offer?
Our studio hosts a vast diversity of classes. Featuring a vast variety of specialized classes in the award winning Synergistics Fitness Method® Because we feature two wonderful studio rooms, we maximize the types of classes we can teach and provide the unique environments needed for various practices. Does your studio service any special populations?
At Life in Synergy® we strive to make fitness accessible to everyone. We welcome anyone to join our studio. Because everyone’s fitness needs may vary we schedule special times to accommodate Senior Citizens and Mothers to Be. Please see our complete class schedules for more information.
What other amenities does your studio include?
Life in Synergy® Studios offers complimentary Wi-Fi, state of the art television & sound, free yoga mat usage, free towel service, as well as retail space, and gourmet to go healthy meal options coming soon.
How do I work for Life in Synergy®?

Does Life in Synergy® Studios ever host or accommodate private events?
Yes, in addition to our own promotional events, Life in Synergy® Studios offers 4,300 square feet of luxury for your usage. Our chic and stylish space may be the perfect venue for your next event, party or corporate outing.
Can I rent studio time only in a single studio?
Based upon the availability of the studios, we can accommodate any interested party for single classroom studio rental. The fee per studio rental is $150.00 per hour ( size limitations apply). Prior notice is required for staffing purposes.
Where do I park?
Life in Synergy® is in close proximity to many garages in Back Bay. The Prudential Center Garage on Exeter Street is a convenient option. Metered parking is also available on Boylston Street and surrounding areas.
