Life in Synergy Fitness Studio is a way to bring our multi award winning Synergistics Fitness Method® to you in a group class format, previously only available one on one in our personal training studio .Life in Synergy  brings you the ability to have fun in fitness once again, to simply enjoy moving the body through new experiences. A non judgemental facility where you are to be able to laugh and educate oneself, while getting award winning workouts.

We feature a vast array of classes in two wonderful studios, Life in Synergy is  a setting that has been described as “ breathtaking”, “ amazing” and “ wonderful feeling”.  Recycled glass and stainless walls, eco friendly bamboo floors, low flow showers, low voc paint, online scheduling (to save trees), wifi lounge, computerized lighting to set moods, computer banks for clients usage, all were part of the mission to make you feel at ease. We strongly feel that when a person is at ease with themselves, they can experience new levels of results; easing stress, reducing anxiety and most importantly, enjoying exercise.

We make gaining the benefits of exercise easy with our state of the art user friendly website. We provide user-based online scheduling that can be done at home via free personalized member pages. Life in Synergy features a pay-per-class environment with no memberships or high pressure sales, as we want people to equate fitness with fun, not stress or attitude.

The Fire & Earth Studio represents the strength-intensive signature SFM® workouts and heart-pounding exercises. With each drop of sweat, your daily tension will melt away. Our two-way mirror is the perfect backdrop to your class as clients in our lounge watch you reach new heights. Select your choice from the following Fire & Earth Classes.

Let go and relax, you have arrived at the Water & Wind Studio. Hosting the most calming atmosphere, this serene space will be the spot in your day to unwind and reflect. To bring your learning to a new level. Stretch, breathe, think. You can select from the following Water & Wind Classes .
